Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Autonodal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
Autonodal is a signal intelligence and network proximity platform designed for professional use. The platform aggregates market signals, builds proximity graphs from your communication metadata, and surfaces actionable intelligence.
The service is intended for professionals who need timely, structured information about their markets, networks, and opportunities.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Autonodal for professional purposes only. You must not:
- Use the platform for scraping, harvesting, or bulk data extraction
- Use the platform for surveillance of individuals without their knowledge
- Attempt to reverse-engineer proximity scores to reconstruct message content
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
We NEVER permit the use of Autonodal for personal surveillance, stalking, or any form of non-consensual monitoring.
4. Data Ownership
You own your data. Autonodal does not claim ownership of any data you provide or that is generated from your connected accounts.
- You may export your data at any time
- You may delete your data at any time
- Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days
5. Collaborative Features (Huddles)
When you join a Huddle, you consent to sharing your proximity scores with other members of that Huddle. Only mathematical scores are shared — never the raw data or source platform from which they were derived.
- You may detach from any Huddle at any time
- Upon detaching, your contributed proximity data is removed from the Huddle
- Other members cannot retain copies of your proximity data after you detach
6. Third-Party Connections
When you connect third-party services (such as Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Contacts), you authorise Autonodal to access those services on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke access to any connected service at any time
- Revoking access immediately stops data collection from that service
- Previously collected metadata remains on your account until you delete it or your account
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autonodal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the platform
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
- Any third-party conduct on the platform
- Any interruption or cessation of service
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email at the address associated with your account. Changes take effect 30 days after notification unless otherwise stated.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
